Description
Anthurium erythrostachyum (also called 'Red-spiked Anthurium', among many other common names) is a species of flowering plant found in Central and South America. It has large, red-spiked flowers with yellow-green foliage. It is native to Colombia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama, Peru, and Venezuela. It typically grows in humid montane forests at elevations of 1000-2500 m.
