Description
Anthurium cerropelonense (also called Cerro Pelonense Anthurium, among many other common names) is a species of flowering plant in the Araceae family. It is native to Central and South America and is found in tropical rainforests. It is an epiphytic herb with large, heart-shaped leaves and small, white flowers.

Flower: White or yellowish-white, fragrant, with 5 petals, about 2 cm in diameter. Seed: Brown, ovoid, about 2.5 mm in diameter. Seedlings: Cotyledons obovate, about 4 mm long, 2 mm wide, apex rounded.
Cultivation and Propagation
Anthurium cerropelonense is an epiphytic plant that can be propagated from seed or division. Seeds should be sown in a well-drained, sandy soil mix and kept moist. Divisions should be taken from mature plants and planted in a well-drained, sandy soil mix. It prefers partial shade and moderate water.
