Description

Anthurium andicola (also called Andean Anthurium, among many other common names) is a species of flowering plant native to South America. It is an evergreen perennial growing to 0.3 m tall, with a trunk up to 30 cm diameter. It has a dense crown of pinnate leaves up to 2.5 m long, each leaf with up to 100 leaflets. It grows in rainforest and dry forest habitats.
