Description
Amorphophallus scaber (also called Scabrous Corpse Flower, among many other common names) is a tuberous, herbaceous perennial plant native to Southeast Asia. It has a single, upright stem that can reach up to 1.5 meters in height. The leaves are large and lobed, and the flowers are large and white. It grows in tropical forests and in moist grasslands.
