Description

Aglaonema costatum (also called Chinese Evergreen, among many other common names) is a species of flowering plant in the family Araceae, native to tropical and subtropical southeastern Asia, from the Indian Subcontinent to southern China and Indonesia. It is a herbaceous perennial growing to 0.6–1 m (2–3 ft) tall and wide, with lance-shaped leaves, often variegated in shades of green, yellow, and pink.
