Ilex auricula (also called Bearberry Holly, among many other common names) is a species of plant in the Aquifoliaceae family. It is an evergreen shrub, typically growing up to 1 m tall. It is native to temperate regions of Europe, including the UK, France, and Germany. It is commonly found in woodlands, hedgerows, and other areas with moist, acidic soil.
