Description

Peucedanum alpinum (also called Alpine Hogfennel, among many other common names) is a perennial herb native to Europe. It grows to a height of up to 1 meter and has a woody stem. Its leaves are pinnately compound, with each leaf having 7 to 11 leaflets. Its flowers are small and white, and its fruits are small, round, and black. It grows in moist, shady forests.
