Description

Carum meoides (also called Meoides caraway, among many other common names) is a species of flowering plant in the family Apiaceae. It is native to the Mediterranean region and western Asia. It is an annual herb growing up to 40 cm (16 in) tall. The leaves are finely divided, and the flowers are white. It is found in dry grasslands, rocky slopes and open woodlands.
