Allium sivasicum (also called Sivas onion, among many other common names) is a species of flowering plant in the Amaryllidaceae family. It is native to Turkey, and is found in grassy meadows and rocky slopes. It has a bulbous base and narrow, linear leaves, and produces white or pink flowers.
