Allium formosum (also called Formosa onion, among many other common names) is a species of flowering plant in the Amaryllidaceae family. It is native to East Asia, including Japan, China, and Taiwan. It is an evergreen herb, growing up to 30 cm tall. Its flowers are white and yellow, and its leaves are linear in shape.
