Description
Saurauia multinervis (also called many-nerved saurauia, among many other common names) is a shrub or small tree, native to the Andes of Colombia and Peru. It has an erect habit, with alternate, oblong-elliptic leaves. It is found in montane forests, from 1000 to 3500 meters above sea level.
