Description
Lepidagathis fimbriata (also called Fringed Lippia, among many other common names) is a small, perennial herb found in tropical and subtropical regions of India, Sri Lanka and Myanmar. It grows in moist, shady places and has small, white flowers with four petals and a yellow center. The leaves are lance-shaped and have a fringed margin.
Cultivation and Propagation
Lepidagathis fimbriata is a fast-growing, evergreen, perennial shrub that can reach up to 2 m in height. It can be propagated from cuttings or by seed. Cuttings should be taken from healthy, non-flowering stems and planted in a well-draining soil mix. Seeds should be sown in a well-draining soil mix and kept moist until germination. The seedlings should be transplanted to individual pots when they are large enough to handle.
