Justicia salvioides (also called Salvio's Waterwillow, among many other common names) is a shrub or small tree that is native to Central and South America. It usually grows to a height of 2-3 m and has large, oval-shaped leaves. It is found in tropical and subtropical habitats, such as moist forests, along streams, and in open areas.
