Justicia blechoides (also called Blechum Justicia, among many other common names) is a perennial shrub native to Central and South America. It has bright green, ovate leaves and produces small, tubular flowers in shades of blue and white. It grows in moist, shady areas and is often found in tropical forests and near streams.
