Uses & Benefits
Barleria bechuanensis is used as an ornamental plant in gardens and as a hedge plant. It is also used medicinally to treat fever, skin diseases, and dysentery.
Flower, Seeds and Seedlings
The flower of Barleria bechuanensis is a white or pale pink, star-shaped flower with five petals. The seed is a small, black, round seed. The seedlings are small, green, and have a single, oval-shaped leaf.
