What should I do if I want to buy from you?
You first need to create your account from where you will be able to buy, order a sample, make payments, receive notifications and more.

Which modes of payment do you accept?
At the moment Selina Wamucii accepts Telegraphic Transfer (TT), Letter of Credit (LC), all international cards and Paypal. Any update to payment methods shall be communicated effectively to all users.
What is the minimum order:
The current minimum order is 2 tonnes. For special cases kindly contact support.
Can I vary the amount after ordering and confirming?
Yes, you can. In the event a client asks for a variation of the amount of goods ordered and confirmed, Selina Wamucii reserves the right to change the value of the quoted fee.
Who will cater for shipping and delivery charges?
All delivery charges will be paid by the client in the amount agreed at the time of purchase. The vendor may charge the buyer for any expenses of delivery other than the postage charges incurred. The international shipping charges are also the responsibility of the buyer and could change from time to time.
What happens if goods are damaged?
If during the shipping process by a third party, the goods are damaged, Selina Wamucii will not be held responsible. However, Selina Wamucii will take any steps to ensure the protection from loss, damage or destruction of goods before and during delivery. Please note that the responsibility of shipping and choosing the logistics providers lies solely with the vendor and not Selina Wamucii. Where necessary, buyers are strongly advised to liaise with vendors to ensure they are comfortable with the logistics providers chosen.
What if the shipment is stolen
If an item is lost or stolen during shipping, Selina Wamucii will not be held responsible because the products will be delivered by a third party. In such an event, customers will be referred to the delivery company or vendor.
What is your policy on returns/ refunds/ cancellations?
For goods already shipped, Selina Wamucii approves a credit note and not a refund. The amount in the credit note will be used to offset the buyer’s next order from the same vendor. A refund/credit note is issued by vendors and not Selina Wamucii. When purchasing goods via the Selina Wamucii platform, the buyer must carefully read the description of the item before requesting a refund. In event that the description matches the item, no refund will be given. However, Selina Wamucii may review any deserving cases of refund, in conjunction with the legal team, insurance team, concerned vendor and investigation team to ascertain the authenticity of the claim and effectively advise the client/vendor.
On cancellation, please note that once an order has been accepted and confirmed by the vendor, and paid for by the client, the order is not cancellable. However, cancellations by the client may be accepted on the condition that any charges or costs already incurred by the vendor will be reimbursed by the client.
Where do I direct complaints
Any complaints customers might have regarding their transactions shall be processed through Selina Wamucii’s dedicated support. Each case will be looked at individually, however, there is no absolute guarantee of a perfect resolution.
How long does it take to process and ship an order
Different produce require different processes to prepare for shipping. Please liaise with the vendor to get clear timelines for your orders. Additionally, the buyer will get constant notifications/alerts to their phones/email to inform of the progress of their orders.
